Security Representative
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to work in a hybrid role supporting multiple teams and team members including Security, Procurement, and Finance. This individual will contribute to the project and individual work teams primarily support the F3I-3 Security Team in day to day security activities in direct support of the contract to ensure contractual requirements are met, assist in ensuring corporate compliance with government regulations and policies, assessments, and relevant security training and awareness activities, database management, and data entry. You will work alongside senior security specialists to ensure high availability, security, and performance measures are met, directly supporting mission-critical operations. Additionally, this role will involve project support for monthly financial evaluation and reviews, Quality Assurance, CDRL tracking, and procuring and tracking goods and services.
Responsibilities:
Processing and tracking DD2875’s to completion
Track and assist with DD254 updates and revisions
Track personnel security clearance and CAC updates/expiration
User account management for security onboarding/offboarding personnel
VAR requests, submission, and verification
Onboarding personnel for portal accounts and access
OCONUS Travel paperwork and training
Assist with personnel security clearances, indoctrinations, briefings, and debriefings
Assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and programs covering all areas of security including handling classified material, personnel security, physical and operations security, threat assessments, communications security, and security awareness
Assist with managing classified facilities including ensured facility compliance,
Produce status reports for security schedules, plans, and database files
Invoice reviews against plans
Timesheet extractions against monthly financial plans
Track CDRL deliverables
Update and develop project standard operating procedures
Invoice review and tracking
Qualifications:
Required:
BS in Business, Management, or Information Technology
Detailed oriented with Database and digital records management
Quality Assurance/Process improvement
Project training and tracking
Handling sensitive information
Financial tracking and handling
Customer Service/Support

The proposed salary range for this position is:
