The consumer Care Pack team is seeking for a Service Portfolio Manager to lead the global print Care Pack portfolio.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with product teams to influence an align on the Care Pack strategy and roadmaps (HW, SW/Solutions, Services), work with regional teams, GTM owners and the Customer Support Organization to understand and address customer and/or market needs, gaps, risks, and issues related to Print Consumer Care Pack. You will be responsible for enabling Care Pack sku's, activating CP bundles with consumer printers NPIs and provide on-going support and maintenance for print Care Pack Services portfolio, tools, and processes related to the success of consumer services.


Responsibilities

  • Takes charge of planning of Print Consumer Care Pack portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies, seamless end-to-end service delivery, and readiness for sales, along with their associated processes.

  • Set up and maintains Care Pack SKUs in the HP systems and tools for all HW Print consumer products.

  • Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth

  • Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.

  • Leads and develops product support or solution(s) planning over entire lifecycle, including conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery and sales readiness and associated processes.

  • Represents services on product or solution core teams and provides service requirements into product development stages/phases, e.g., Product warranty support and cost analysis, and Service Product Marketing content/collateral.

  • Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
