Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with strong experience in business partnering, strategic financial support, and long-term planning. This role will play a critical part in guiding business strategy and supporting the organization’s transformation toward Software and SaaS-based business models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and identification of recurring revenue streams across HP from a Finance perspective.

  • Lead planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of the recurring revenue across the organization.

  • Allocates financial and human capital for programs and projects and ensures timely and effective delivery of financial programs.

  • Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the company for all financial and tracking metrics.

  • Serve as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.

  • Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to finance and business teams on changes required in business models and reporting to support this initiative.

  • Drive, develop and delegate deeper SaaS/Recurring Revenue  knowledge and skill set across finance and business organizations.

Education and Experience Required

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of prior people management experience

  • MBA

  • Deep ARR/SaaS experience - business models, technical accounting and external reporting 

  • Ability to work seamlessly and influence within a matrix organization of business and finance working on pan-HP initiatives

The pay range for this role is $166,050 to $265,700 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
