This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.

What You’ll Get To Do:
• Supporting a fast-paced, high-profile, program; create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
• Conduct security education classes and security audits.
• Assist with Media Issuance, Accountability, and Destruction or serve as a Data Transfer Agent.
• Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing, and controlling all classified documentation (hard copy and electronic media) entering or leaving the facility.
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on action(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program.
• Submit, review, and verify Visit Requests through queries to government security databases and systems.
• Support classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4) and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures.
• Manage and maintain access control, including UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS).
• Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications guidance.
• Assist program managers and professional staff in the interpretation, application, and compliance with program Security Classification Guides (SCG).

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience; OR a master's degree and 0 years of experience. High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access
Demonstrated, relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-starter with minimal supervision
Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas
Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
CDSE FSO or Security+ Certification
SharePoint, JIRA, SIMS, NISS, and/or DISS experience
Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communications
Strong working knowledge Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
