What you'll do

- Carry out hands-on onboarding projects for business customers, moving legacy records and processes onto a new platform.

- Review and reorganize technical data, choosing how best to model each customer's way of working.

- Support senior colleagues on large rollouts, or manage smaller customer accounts on your own.

- Relay what you learn in the field to product and engineering colleagues to guide future development.

- Skill at making sense of experimental results and arranging them in a logical structure.

- Comfort handling tabular data in spreadsheets or comparable tools.

- A confident, professional presence that earns trust from scientists and research stakeholders.

- Based in one of the listed hiring locations, as no relocation support is offered.

- Familiarity with business software or data management tools used in labs.

- Some scripting knowledge, such as Python, for working with data.

- A combined bachelor's and master's qualification.
