By creating an account or using Latentra Technologies ("Latentra," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Service description

Latentra is a job-search and career-coaching platform offering AI-assisted matching, resume tools, and an application tracker. Pro features require a paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions and refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds.

4. AI features

AI-generated content (match scores, tailored resumes, coach replies) is informational only. We make no guarantees about job placement, interview outcomes, or accuracy of AI output. Always review AI output before relying on it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping, no spam, no impersonation, no uploading content you don't have rights to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Content you upload (resumes, profile data) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account by emailing info@latentra-technologies.com. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latentra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
