Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Latentra Technologies ("Latentra") collects, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, hashed password.
- Profile data: title, location, skills, target roles, visa status, phone (optional), social URLs.
- Resumes: PDF/Word files you upload. Stored in our infrastructure (Hostinger or Cloudflare R2).
- Activity: saved jobs, applications you track, chat messages with the AI coach.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- Operational logs: IP address and user agent on login (for security/abuse prevention).
How we use it
- Provide the service (match jobs, coach chat, resume tools).
- Process payments via Stripe.
- Send transactional emails (signup confirmation, password reset, billing).
- Detect and prevent abuse.
Third parties
- OpenAI: receives portions of your profile/resume/messages to generate AI output. OpenAI does not use API inputs to train models.
- Stripe: handles payments and stores card details.
- Resend: sends transactional email.
- Cloudflare R2 (optional): stores your uploaded resumes if configured.
- Hostinger: hosts our application and database.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with employers without your action (e.g., clicking apply).
Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Login attempts are pruned after 7 days. Used password-reset and email-verification tokens after 30 days. Sent emails after 30 days. Stripe webhook events after 90 days.
Your rights
You can:
- Edit your profile any time.
- Delete uploaded resumes from /resumes.
- Cancel your subscription from /billing.
- Request full account deletion by emailing info@latentra-technologies.com. We delete within 30 days.
- Request a copy of your data via the same email.
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (a session token) and CSRF protection. We do not use ad-tracking cookies.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All traffic is HTTPS. Files are private by default. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected vulnerabilities to info@latentra-technologies.com.
Children
The service is not intended for users under 16.
