The Opportunity
We are seeking a Endovascular, Senior Marketing Manager (US Downstream) to join the Strategic Marketing team within our Vascular business, based in Santa Clara, CA.
This is a fully onsite, individual contributor role.
Our Vascular business develops innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of coronary and peripheral vascular disease.

This individual will be responsible for managing US downstream marketing strategy and execution for the Endovascular portfolio to achieve short- and long-term business objectives. Lead the development and implementation of downstream marketing initiatives, forecasts, promotions and advertising campaigns, and market insights to drive portfolio growth, market share expansion, customer engagement, and commercial excellence. Ensure marketing activities align with organizational priorities, comply with applicable regulations and standards, and support sustainable business performance through strong cross-functional collaboration and team leadership.
What You’ll Work On
Develop and implement comprehensive US Endovascular marketing plans (US Downstream) and commercialization strategies for the Endovascular portfolio to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.
Lead US downstream marketing activities, including market assessment, best in class product launch planning and execution, strategically integrate internal and external voice of customer insights, product positioning, competitive positioning and blunting, value proposition development, and demand creation initiatives.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trend analysis.
Manage product lifecycle activities, including product launches, line extensions, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life planning.
Partner closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Training, Contracting, Global Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affair to ensure successful execution of commercial strategies and programs.
Develop compelling customer-facing programs and US sales enablement tools that support adoption and utilization of the portfolio with special attention to our differentiated technology.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive field readiness, training, customer engagement initiatives, and effective execution of marketing programs.
Support pricing, contracting, forecasting, and business planning activities to maximize portfolio performance and profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders to inform strategy and strengthen market presence.
Monitor business performance through defined KPIs and analytics, providing recommendations and implementing actions to improve outcomes.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and results.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelors Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Masters Degree In Business Administration or in a related field is highly desired
Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing, product management, or commercial experience within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
Prior experience in Endovascular, Vascular, Cardiovascular, Peripheral Intervention, or related interventional specialties strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading downstream marketing activities.
Proven track record of successful product launches, lifecycle management, and revenue growth achievement.
Experience partnering closely with field sales organizations to develop and execute commercial strategies.
Previous people leadership experience required, including coaching, development, and performance management responsibilities.
Experience developing business cases, portfolio strategies, forecasting plans, and commercialization programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing professionals to deliver best in class results.
Strong understanding of downstream marketing, product lifecycle management, and commercialization processes.
Proven ability to develop customer-centric value propositions and marketing programs that drive growth and market adoption.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data, market intelligence, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to effectively engage internal and external audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including talent development, coaching, and performance management.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of physician, hospital, and healthcare system needs.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment.

The base pay for this position is
$148,700.00 – $297,300.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
