  • Partner with employees across all levels, functions and geographies to identify and develop compelling stories and content opportunities.

  • Recruit, onboard and support employee creators and advocates in Halfluencers, our multi-level EGC program. This includes building out our newest level, Execs on Social.

  • Track participation, engagement and content performance to identify what’s working and where to scale.

Training & Enablement

  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, office hours and coaching sessions regarding the employee advocacy program and Halfluencers.

  • Support the team in developing and updating employee advocacy and social media training materials, playbooks, guides and learning resources that support ongoing development.

  • Collaborate with social media team members to develop and promote our advanced social media training series.

Analytics & Project Management

  • Partner with the social media analytics team to share valuable insights and assist in developing reports and presentations that translate data into actionable recommendations for the team, executives and stakeholders.

  • Manage cross-functional projects, stakeholder relationships, timelines and program operations while identifying opportunities to scale and improve processes.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, employee advocacy, employee engagement or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field.
