The Opportunity

  • Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
  • Flexibility to support operational needs when priorities shift.

Lead daily operations within a fast-paced, regulated distribution environment. This role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of daily order fulfillment, while actively coaching and developing a team of 20–30 hourly associates.

What You’ll Work On

This is a working leadership role—you’ll be on the floor, driving performance in real time, solving problems, and supporting your team to meet daily targets.

  • Lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced medical distribution environment where safety, quality, and customer service come first.
  • Supervise and develop a team of 20–30 warehouse associates across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Drive daily performance by managing staffing, workflow priorities, productivity, and service levels.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate employees through ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a healthcare distribution setting.
  • Solve operational challenges in real time, using data and problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet customer and business needs.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years in Supply Chain, Distribution or Operations
  • Manufacturing or distribution environment experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading frontline teams in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or GMP environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP, WMS platforms, and RF scanning technology.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

The base pay for this position is

$78,000.00 – $156,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
