Key Responsibilities

Strategy Translation & Operations

  • Partner with the SVP of Print Engineering and leadership team to define Print Engineering True North, translate strategic priorities into executable plans, milestones, and success metrics.

  • Support key planning processes (e.g., long-term planning, strategic initiatives, budget planning and spend management) through coordination, integration, and tracking, ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Monitor progress against priorities, surface risks, and help drive resolution and mitigation plans.

Operational Cadence & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Define and continuously improve the operating cadence of the organization, including staff meetings, quarterly leadership meetings, business reviews, and planning rhythms.

Cross-Division Partnership & Alignment

  • Partner closely with divisional and functional teams to ensure alignment between engineering priorities and broader business objectives, identify interdependencies, and enable cross-organizational collaboration to accelerate outcomes.

  • Support decision-making by synthesizing inputs across stakeholders and presenting clear options and trade-offs.

Executive Communications & Narrative

  • Develop clear, concise executive communications, including leadership presentations, business reviews, and organizational updates.

  • Translate complex engineering and business topics into structured, compelling narratives for executive audiences.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and effective communication flow across the organization.

Organizational Health & Engagement

  • Partner with HR and leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, training, and organizational effectiveness initiatives such as digital and AI enablement.

  • Help foster a high-performing, aligned leadership team.

  • Support initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and overall organizational health and organizational efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience in engineering, business operations, program management, or business planning

  • Strong understanding of engineering-driven environments and product development lifecycles helpful

  • Experience working with senior executive teams and supporting high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, global, and highly matrixed environments

  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling

  • Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across diverse stakeholders

  • Structured problem solving and ability to simplify complex topics

  • High judgment, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information

  • Smartsheet, Thinkcell, Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint executive slide creation, Executive communications

  • Clear alignment between engineering priorities and divisional objectives

  • Strong, predictable operational cadence with execution discipline

  • High-quality executive communications and decision support

  • Effective cross-org collaboration and reduced friction across teams

  • A leadership team that is well-aligned, focused, and operating efficiently

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
