Job Summary
The Worldwide Consumer Campaign & Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and scaling global marketing strategies across consumer PCs. This role leads development of worldwide marketing campaigns & strategic initiatives, manages and educates stakeholders on strategies, tools & opportunities. They blend strategic thinking, operational excellence, and deep knowledge of the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Overall: Lead region planning and share out, serve at the main point of contact for WW Strategy & Creative development (WW is at the service of Markets)
Global Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with Consumer Product Marketing to create briefs and strategy decks through a deep understanding of current and future portfolios.
- Identify region – specific opportunities / proposals that aid towards overall consumer PC growth
- Communication Owner: Develop and define a clean and clear communication plan and loop with the markets to communicate plans / updates (+provide recco on how product marketing is to be involved)
- Develop insights based on internal datapoints that can be translated to the end consumer.
Global Marketing Campaign Development
- Develop and deliver integrated, worldwide marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, retail, and experiential channels.
- Develop 360 plan for campaign – inclusive of identification of key markets, retailer opportunities, product recommendations, influencer content opportunities, events / partnership opportunities etc.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to understand opportunities and nuances w/ localization while maintaining brand consistency and strategic intent.
- With GTM, define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics; track performance and optimize programs based on insights and results.
Cross-Functional & Agency/Alliance Collaboration
- Work closely with Gaming product marketing, GTM, Markets, Category and 4P team to lead and drive strategy and execution (to brand strategy points above).
- Manage external agencies (Accenture Song) including briefing, performance evaluation, and budget oversight.
- Manage communications and alignment with external partners for funding, strategy mapping, and things of that nature.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, and/or communications, preferably in consumer technology or hardware.
- Experience working with agencies and external partners to align and management expectations, brief and present marketing strategies and insights.
- Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, timelines, approvals, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with agility and quickly pivoting based on external factors.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
