Join us as a Program Integrator (PI) for U.S. Patriot Programs, where your expertise will drive high-volume, high-visibility proposal activities for both U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts. Collaborate with the Patriot Product Line, cross-functional teams, and program offices to craft winning strategies and deliver compelling proposals that fuel program growth. In addition to leading proposal efforts, you will play a key role in contract negotiations post-submission, ensuring alignment on terms, pricing, and deliverables that meet customer and company goals. While program execution will play a supporting role, your leadership in proposals and contract negotiations will be critical to securing new business and strengthening customer partnerships. What You Will Do
- Lead product Bid/No Bid decisions in collaboration of Contracts and Product Line
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the entire proposal development process for the U.S. Patriot Program in collaboration with cross-functional team including Supply Chain, Estimating and Pricing, Operations, Product Line, Finance and Contract.
- Monitor team's progress in developing and delivering proposals on time.
- Support daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
- Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Corporate and Business policies and procedures
- Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
- Meeting business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations
- Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and administrative functions
- Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
- Expected to support domestic travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, and/or administrative functions
- Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages
Qualifications We Prefer
- Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments, and resources
- Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval
- Familiarity with material pricing and factory operations
- Working knowledge of contract vehicles, types, formation, execution, and management

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
