The Opportunity: Senior Training Solution Architect

As the Pillar Lead for training development within the JTMS program, the Senior Training Solution Architect plays a central role in shaping and delivering comprehensive training solutions that align with program objectives and stakeholder needs. This role reports to the CACI JTMS Training Lead and is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of training programs that support JTMS’ mission-critical functions. The architect ensures that training content is technically accurate and aligned with both current and future operational requirements.


Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include architecting training solutions that define learning objectives and outcomes and collaborating with subject matter experts and technical teams to create scalable, accessible, and engaging learning experiences as well as managing the team of instructional designers. The Senior Training Solution Architect also oversees the lifecycle of training materials, from concept and curriculum design to deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement. This involves managing training delivery models (in-person, virtual, blended), ensuring compliance with security and quality standards, and providing technical guidance to trainers and learners. In addition, the role requires strategic planning to anticipate training needs, identify gaps, and align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Minimum 10% travel is required.

Qualifications:

Secret Clearance Active

             Proven Experience in Learning & Development Leadership – 10+ years designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs at scale, ideally in a government multi-site environment.
             Instructional Design Expertise – Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, ADDIE or SAM models, and the ability to create engaging, learner-centered content with ability to accurately scope and plan a development effort.
             Agile Methodology – Understanding of and experience with working within an Agile framework
             Technology Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like SAP WalkMe and Captivate as well as hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, particularly within the transportation and warehouse realms.
             Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback surveys, and performance metrics, and to adjust programs based on insights.
             Cross-Functional Collaboration – Proven success partnering with other teams, both internal and external, department heads, and subject matter experts to align training with business goals.
             Project Management Skills – Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
             Strong Communication Skills – Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication, with the ability to adapt style appropriate to the audience.
             Coaching & Mentoring Ability – Skilled at developing others, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600-$129,300
