Join our Talent Accelerator Program, a dynamic 3-year rotational experience designed to fast-track your growth and help you shape what is essential in the world of semiconductors.
As part of this program, you will rotate through three 9-month assignments across Customer & Markets and Product Marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to strategic initiatives that drive innovation and business success.
At the end of the program, you will transition into a full-time role within one of these high-impact teams, ready to shape the future of technology.
Essential Responsibilities include:
Participate in and complete all assigned rotations and projects throughout the Talent Accelerator Program.
Assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Forecast market conditions and summarize potential business impacts for cross-functional stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret customer, product, and market data to identify insights and propose solutions.
Support product marketing, product management, customer applications, market strategy, and profitability analysis activities.
Contribute to strategic decision-making through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication of recommendations.
Prepare and present reports on market research findings, performance metrics, and other relevant business indicators.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field from an accredited degree program.
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related internship or co-op experience.
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Interest in semiconductors, customer applications, product marketing, market strategy, and commercial operations.
Ability to analyze data, build insights, and communicate business recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Expected Salary Range
$50,400.00 - $88,200.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
