JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and lead consultant for strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies that identify and engage high-caliber passive talent.
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of sourcing projects across multiple business needs.
  • Build and cultivate talent communities through industry conferences, professional associations, and targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Partner with recruiters and business stakeholders to create sustainable talent pipelines for critical skill areas.

Talent Attraction Events & Recruitment Marketing

  • Co-lead the planning and execution of recruiting events and hiring initiatives.
  • Develop talent engagement strategies that maximize candidate conversion before, during, and after events.
  • Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns, digital assets, and targeted communications to drive candidate participation.
  • Leverage virtual recruiting platforms to design engaging candidate experiences and support recruiter participation.
  • Manage relationships with strategic external partners, professional organizations, sponsorship groups, job boards, and talent networks to enhance recruiting outcomes.
  • Analyze event and sourcing performance metrics and maintain accurate documentation within talent acquisition systems.

Employer Brand & Talent Community Engagement

  • Develop and publish content across internal and external channels to showcase talent acquisition initiatives, recruiting successes, and career opportunities.
  • Create presentations, success stories, and recruiting communications that highlight the impact of strategic sourcing and talent attraction efforts.

Recruiter Enablement & Talent Acquisition Programs

  • Deliver training and guidance to recruiters on sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, and talent attraction best practices.
  • Promote adoption of talent acquisition tools and processes that improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Support compliance-related recruiting initiatives, including Good Faith Efforts (GFEs), candidate accommodations, and related programs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the quality and effectiveness of talent acquisition services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6+ years of overall professional experience.
  • 4+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, strategic sourcing, or related experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing proactive sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
  • Experience utilizing recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and social media platforms to identify and engage talent.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruiting best practices.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with recruiting systems and digital tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with talent acquisition technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom, SeekOut, or similar platforms.
  • Experience operating within a large, matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated success partnering across geographically dispersed teams and business functions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior recruitment agency experience.
  • Experience leading talent attraction events, employer branding initiatives, and talent community engagement programs.

     

The base pay for this position is

$78,000.00 – $156,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
