Staffing Manager
The Opportunity:

CACI is hiring a Staffing Manager to join this dynamic, fast paced team where your expertise in staffing strategy, program execution, and talent alignment directly influences mission success. As the Staffing Manager on this upcoming program, you will lead all staffing efforts for a large, complex, highly visibile program—partnering closely with hiring managers, senior leadership, Talent Acquisition, and other cross functional teams to ensure programs are fully and effectively resourced. You will manage workforce planning, oversee requisition processes, coordinate interviews and selection activities, and ensure compliance with established staffing frameworks and program requirements. This role offers the opportunity to shape talent pipelines, drive staffing efficiencies, support seamless program startup and sustainment, and contribute to strategic workforce decisions that keep critical programs on track. Position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
Supports staffing plans and rationales, transition-in/out planning and execution
Drives continuous process improvement with the CACI Mission Focused Staffing (MFS) team to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate experience
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
Functions as staffing expert across multiple project assignments
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
5+ years of staffing/HR experience supporting federal program
Desired:
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certified

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
