The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services:

RTX has an opening for a Sr. Supervisor, Maintenance Manager (Sr. Supervisor, Facilities) position in Real Estate Services (ERS) responsible for leading team supervisors and hourly workforce supporting 5 million square feet of manufacturing and office space located in Tucson.

  • Lead multiple facilities maintenance teams in their daily management requirements.
  • Use strong PRISM operating skills necessary to monitor and control the maintenance requirements in Raytheon’s SAP based CMMS system (PRISM).
  • Provide strong organizational management and labor relations experience.
  • Engage appropriate stakeholders to complete the required to support the Facilities maintenance requirements and obligations.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate with workforce planning, track employee training, certify timecard and attendance management, create area layout and flow management.
  • Responsible for providing a safe work environment and will actively lead and engage in safety improvements discussions.
  • Strong understanding of facilities maintenance, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Assign daily schedules for PM’s and Work orders, conduct stand up meetings, set priorities and review reports/metrics to locate problem areas and create solutions. Create PR’s and POs as needed to support facilities maintenance requirements.
  • Material management and order supplies as required. Ordering materials through MRO stores for PM’s and Work orders.
  • Coordinate Overtime when required, and log/track hours in OTIS.
  • Track vehicle maintenance and schedule services and repairs. Work with fleet management.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare RCAS analysis for logistics review boards.
  • Able to establish and maintain rapport with all levels of personnel, leadership, and customers.
  • Drive performance improvement by analyzing metrics, daily reports, KPI’s, Kaizen projects, and developing plans to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Minimum of 8+ years’ leadership experience in facilities maintenance and a bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.

  • 5+ years’ experience in facilities management, operations, projects, and maintenance.
  • 3+ years’ experience using PRISM or other CMMS operating system; SAP based CMMS system (PRISM).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Bargaining Unit employees.
  • SAP / CMMS operation
  • Power Logic power monitoring and operation.
  • Project management and scheduling.

Location: Onsite Tucson AZ

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
