Software Engineering Co-op - Fall 2026
The Opportunity:
This position is for a Software Engineer Co-Op in King of Prussia, PA. You will get to work closely with our team of excellent software developers who are eager to mentor and teach their craft and have the opportunity to work with members of our Leadership team to learn about other areas of interest to you!
Responsibilities:
• Working with a diverse team to develop software in an agile-like manner
• Regularly meeting with mentors
• Supporting software engineers by shadowing their daily tasks and performing duties under mentors’ supervision
• Contributing to feature development through completion of small to medium sized issues
• Assessing ideas and contributing to the development of new applications
• Participating in code reviews and assisting in the development of software documentation
• Testing software for functionality, usability, and reliability
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proficiency with any one of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, etc.
• Ability to effectively work within a software engineering team
• Great communication skills
• Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university
• Eager to immerse in learning more about any of the following areas: Cloud-Native App Development, DevSecOps, UI/UX, AI/ML, and Algorithm Development
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Desired:
• Experience with Cloud infrastructures – AWS or C2S preferred
• Experience building scalable, web-based applications
• Experience building User Interfaces – React preferred
• Experience with Containerization – Docker preferred
• Experience with training and developing machine learning models
• Experience developing performant algorithms in various domains

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard, communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time. This would require the ability to move around the campus and occasionally move/lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
