Senior Supply Chain Business Transformation Manager
NVIDIA Operations is seeking an experienced Business Transformation professional to join the Supply Chain Business Transformation organization! This role partners with Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, IT, Data & AI teams to define business strategy, redesign operating models, and deliver scalable digital capabilities across the end-to-end hardware supply chain.
As a Senior Supply Chain Business Transformation Manager, you will serve as the bridge between business collaborators and technology teams, ensuring solutions solve real operational problems while improving customer experience, scalability, and business performance. You will lead initiatives from business problem definition through solution design, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain Operations, including Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Repair Operations, Service Supply Chain, Returns (RMA), and Customer Operations.
Partner with business leaders to identify strategic opportunities, operational problems, and process improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.
Redesign business processes and operating models to improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, automation, and customer experience.
Translate business requirements into clearly defined capabilities, user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications.
Partner with IT, Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Analytics teams to design and deliver enterprise solutions.
Drive adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and automation capabilities that improve operational decision-making and workforce productivity.
Champion modern digital supply chain capabilities including Control Towers, Supply Chain Visibility, Planning Transformation, Data Platforms, Predictive Analytics, AI-assisted Operations
Define business benchmarks and success metrics while ensuring solutions deliver measurable operational improvements.
Lead change management activities including business readiness, process adoption, communications, and user enablement.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches that improve supply chain performance.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Business Transformation, Product Management, Supply Chain Technology, or related disciplines.
Deep expertise in end-to-end hardware supply chains, including semiconductors, boards, systems, planning, manufacturing, logistics, repair operations, inventory management, reverse logistics, and customer fulfillment.
Proven track record redesigning supply chain processes, operating models, and business capabilities—not just implementing technology solutions.
Experience implementing or partnering on enterprise ERP and supply chain planning platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of supply chain data models, operational benchmarks, analytics, and the application of AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business operations.
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into executable solutions through business capability definition, BRDs, process mapping, and solution architecture.
Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives by partnering with Operations, Engineering, IT, Data Engineering, Analytics, and other business collaborators.
Exceptional collaborators management, facilitation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-first attitude with experience delivering enterprise-scale business transformation programs.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience supporting complex hardware supply chains, including robotics, electronics, semiconductors, AI infrastructure, and data center systems.
Experience building modern digital supply chain capabilities, including Supply Chain Control Towers, Digital Twins, AI-enabled Planning, Data Platforms, Predictive Analytics, and Supply Chain Visibility solutions.
Experience leading enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives involving cross-functional organizations, executive collaborators, organizational change, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of Agile Product Management, Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), and modern cloud analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
APICS certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CLTD) or equivalent supply chain credentials, with a passion for applying emerging AI technologies to transform supply chain operations

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
