Job Overview

Title: Senior Principal Business Integration Analyst – Supply Chain Applications

The Digital Technology (DT) Supply Chain team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Principal Business Integration Analyst to support and enhance enterprise Supply Chain applications. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, enterprise architects, and Digital Technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable business transformation across Collins Aerospace.

You will play a critical role in supporting enterprise Supply Chain platforms, driving application modernization initiatives, and ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable digital solutions aligned with RTX business objectives.

What You Will Do

• Lead business and technical requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design across multiple Supply Chain applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Administer, support, and enhance enterprise Supply Chain applications, including:
  • SAP
  • SAP Ariba
  • Supplier Business Network (SBN)
  • Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC)
  • Collins Aerospace Supplier Portals
• Support enterprise portal modernization initiatives aligned with the Ariba platform rollout.
• Analyze business requirements and provide effort estimates for enhancement and implementation activities.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and support new or upgraded business applications.
• Drive governance and standardization across multiple Supply Chain systems.
• Ensure compliance with RTX Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Global Trade policies.
• Collaborate with business users across global locations to resolve complex business and application issues.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Digital Technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Support migration of legacy applications to modern enterprise platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business processes and application performance.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline with 14+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Master's degree in a related discipline with 13+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience supporting enterprise Supply Chain applications.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience administering or supporting SAP, Ariba, Supplier Business Network (SBN), Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), or similar Supply Chain platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise web portal technologies such as Liferay, .NET, or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience supporting application implementation, upgrades, and migration projects.
• Ability to travel approximately 15–20% as business needs require.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Hands-on experience with:
  • SAP Ariba
  • Supplier Business Network (SBN)
  • Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC)
  • SAP Supply Chain solutions
• Experience leading enterprise application migration or modernization initiatives.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases.
• Experience working with globally distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Supply Chain Procurement domain expertise.
• Experience working within large enterprise Digital Technology organizations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, and global trade compliance requirements.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
