Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, global Digital Transformation programs with a strong focus on ERP, CRM, SAP, and enterprise business applications. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who combines strategic program leadership with hands-on technical program management and has successfully delivered complex initiatives for global organizations.

The successful candidate will possess deep experience working with North American and other onshore business teams, leading globally distributed delivery organizations, and driving execution across Agile and Hybrid delivery models. This individual will partner closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, product teams, architects, and engineering organizations to ensure predictable delivery of strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Program Leadership
  • Lead multiple complex, cross-functional technology programs across ERP, CRM, SAP, and enterprise applications.
  • Develop and execute integrated program plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.
  • Drive enterprise-wide program governance, executive reporting, and portfolio health reviews.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with organizational strategy, architecture standards, and business priorities.
  • Technical Program Management
  • Possess strong technical acumen to effectively collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Delivery Teams.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation activities including integrations, data migration, infrastructure readiness, testing, cutover, and deployment.
  • Facilitate technical decision-making while balancing business priorities and delivery risks.
  • ERP / SAP / CRM Delivery
  • Lead enterprise implementations involving SAP (ECC/S4HANA preferred), CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP CRM, or similar), middleware, and enterprise integrations.
  • Coordinate large-scale transformation initiatives involving Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, or Operations.
  • Ensure successful adoption through effective stakeholder engagement and organizational change coordination.
  • Portfolio & Executive Leadership
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leadership.
  • Present concise executive updates, recommendations, and decision papers to VP and CIO-level stakeholders.
  • Drive portfolio prioritization, dependency management, investment planning, and resource optimization.
  • Lead governance forums and steering committee meetings with executive presence and confidence.
  • Agile Delivery Leadership
  • Drive execution using Agile, Hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies based on business needs.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile teams to improve delivery predictability.
  • Champion Agile planning, PI Planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and delivery excellence.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build trusted partnerships with business executives, product organizations, vendors, and global delivery teams.
  • Influence without authority across geographically distributed teams.
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining strong customer focus.
  • Vendor & Global Delivery Management
  • Lead globally distributed teams across North America, India, Europe, and other regions.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships, delivery performance, contracts, and service quality.
  • Ensure alignment between internal teams and external implementation partners.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive Program and Portfolio Management experience within large enterprise organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide ERP, CRM, and SAP transformation programs.
  • Strong experience working directly with North American (onshore) business stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Proven experience managing global delivery teams across multiple geographies.
  • Hands-on experience managing complex technical implementation programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
  • Extensive experience delivering programs using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
