HPE Networking is seeking a visionary Senior Product Leader & Strategist to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of next-generation Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that transform network operations. This role will lead the definition and delivery of AI-powered products that leverage machine learning, large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks to simplify network management, reduce operational complexity, and create measurable business value for customers and partners.

As a recognized authority in AI product management, you will serve as the bridge between data scientists, software engineers, business leaders, and customers, translating advanced AI capabilities into differentiated products and services. You will define the long-term vision, establish success metrics, and guide cross-functional teams in bringing innovative AI solutions from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven networking and automation solutions.
• Drive product innovation utilizing machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic AI architectures.
• Identify customer pain points and market opportunities, translating them into compelling product requirements and business outcomes.
• Establish product success metrics, KPIs, and execution frameworks to measure customer adoption, operational efficiency, and business impact.
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, UX, sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Develop product positioning, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled networking solutions.
• Lead customer research and market analysis to validate product direction and influence investment decisions.
• Champion the application of emerging AI technologies and industry trends to accelerate innovation and maintain market leadership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple organizations and business units to support long-term strategic objectives.
• Mentor product managers and influence product management best practices across the organization.
• Represent HPE externally with customers, partners, analysts, and industry forums as a thought leader in AI-powered networking.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of product management, product strategy, or product leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience launching and scaling AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of large language models, generative AI platforms, agentic AI frameworks, and modern AI architectures.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes for enterprise software or cloud-based solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, data science, and business teams.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in networking, network operations, cloud networking, enterprise infrastructure, or telecommunications markets.
• Knowledge of AIOps, network automation, observability, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
• Experience with AI model lifecycle management, MLOps, and AI governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, copilots, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems.
• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field.

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.
– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 194,000 - 412,500 in California
The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
