The Test Solutions (TS) team is a multi‑discipline group that designs, builds, and deploys test solutions for a large array of Raytheon products. Our engineers work hands‑on with the latest test instrumentation, software, and automation technologies to integrate state‑of‑the‑art test capabilities for some of the most advanced engineering systems in the world.
Your work will include designing interface test adapters, along with selecting, automating and integrating test instrumentation to be deployed in both factory production and military depot environments.
You’ll be involved in all stages of the product development lifecycle and will help manage the technical, cost, and schedule aspects of your projects. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues throughout design, development and integration process.

What You Will Do:
Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams
Design production test stations, ITAs (Interface test Adapters), and harnesses
Design capture activities via the creating of technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis
Act, either as a part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products
Mentor cross‑functional teams of 3-5 members, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on‑time and within‑scope completion.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and three (3) years of relevant experience
Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing
Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics with tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic
Experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters)
Qualifications We Prefer:
Project management experience and bid and proposal and technical writing experience
Experience with developing and implementing programming languages (software)
Experience designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed signal, and electrical system interconnect
Experience performing analog, OR digital, and/or RF design

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
