We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer Manager to lead our C#, .NET, and Angular development team. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our software projects and guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building microservices in .NET, possess a deep understanding of modern software design principles, and have a solid grasp of Azure as a platform. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential, as well as a passion for innovation and a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
What you’ll own
Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, priorities, and timelines, ensuring development efforts align with business goals and strategic initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Establish and enforce coding standards, software design principles, and best practices through code reviews, technical guidance, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
Provide technical leadership throughout project planning, execution, and delivery, proactively resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful completion of milestones.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing innovative technologies, tools, and processes that enhance development efficiency, productivity, and software quality.
Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coordinating with cross-functional teams and managers to manage dependencies and deliver successful project outcomes.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
8+ years of hands-on software development experience building microservices with C#, .NET, Angular, and cloud-based solutions, including strong proficiency in Azure services and architectures.
3+ years of experience in a Software Development Manager or similar technical leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing development teams.
Strong understanding of modern software design principles, patterns, and architectures, with a focus on scalability, performance, maintainability, and enterprise application development.
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with a demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects on time and achieve business objectives.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and work across all organizational levels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, combined with an innovative mindset and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
