About the role:
As a Relationship Executive Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent and consistent rapport with Worldpay clients. You will act as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight and service delivery

About the team: Worldpay’s Mid-Market team is responsible for collectively managing cross-vertical accounts within our Global Enterprise segment of North America. Built around collaboration, the team’s primary focus is championing our clients' needs, problem-solving queries, identifying solutions, cross-sales and enhancing overall commercial processes.

The Day-to-Day

  • Support commercial aspects for merchant accounts within the Mid-Market relationship portfolio; queries involving product, pricing, and contract negotiations.

  • Manage inbound client requests as a collective team.

  • Collaborate across the Mid-Market team, support teams, and cross-sales team to bring cohesive engagement to clients while determining the necessary next action.

  • Advocate for clients internally across support teams for query resolution or prioritization.

  • Develop merchant-facing materials to support product cross-sell opportunities or account reviews based on thorough understanding of merchant strategy and growth ambitions.

  • Track and manage ongoing client projects within Salesforce.

  • Gain a deep working knowledge of company products and services.

  • Minimal US-domestic travel may be required for this role.

  • Ability to understand and apply concepts to effectively structure and solve customer problems, while thinking ‘big picture’ to identify new commercial opportunities.

  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear and professional manner.

  • Organizational and time management skills required to handle multiple projects across our customers.

  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients

  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 

Added bonus if you have:

  • Previous experience or internships in client-facing roles, relationship management, or sales

  • Familiarity with payment processing

  • Demonstrated success in fostering collaboration in previous academic or professional settings

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $91,300.00-$134,500.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
