WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Mentor, coach, and coordinate the responsibilities of 1 direct report.
- Gathers input from cross-functional teams and creates plans that help the team produce deliverables on schedule.
- Owns tracking and reporting of Manufacturers Schedule Performance (MSP). This includes daily touchpoints with all production lines CAPA owners to keep teams on track for on-time quality release. Elevates any risk to on time release to supply chain and commercial stakeholders.
- Owns batch reconciliation process to ensure accurate unit count post-production.
- Project and NPI coordination for plant supply chain teams.
- Liaison between plant and commercial stakeholders to ensure single point of contact for commercial partners for quality release status.
- Focused on process improvement, site projects, reporting and data analysis, and communication with supply chain and CAPA.
- Ad-hoc project work and capital projects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- HSD plus 6 years of relevant experience required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
- 4-6+ years of experience in manufacturing/producted in a regulated industry
- Experience leading projects
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and Power BI
- Ability to lead a team, and work independentaly
- Must be able to work onsite in Columbus, OH full time

$78,000.00 – $156,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
