Program Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex government programs within our CODEX division. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong history of delivering advanced technical solutions in federal environments, combined with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years managing government programs in technical or IT environments
Clearance
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- U.S. Citizenship
Core Competencies
- Proven expertise managing program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting
- Exceptional communication abilities with demonstrated success engaging government customers and senior stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, multi-priority environments
- Proficiency with program management methodologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Federal law enforcement background or experience supporting law enforcement agencies
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Direct experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Justice (DOJ), or Intelligence Community (IC) customers
- Track record managing programs valued at $5M or greater
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
- Act as the primary interface with government customers and key stakeholders
- Direct complete program lifecycle from initiation through successful closeout
- Create and maintain comprehensive program schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance standards
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
- Develop and present program status reports, executive briefings, and technical documentation
Technical Oversight
- Guide technical solution development and implementation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables exceed customer requirements
- Provide technical leadership in decision-making and complex problem resolution
Team Development & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional program teams
- Cultivate collaboration across engineering, contracts, finance, and supporting organizations
- Drive performance management initiatives and professional growth opportunities
- Champion a culture of excellence and innovation
Strategic Customer Engagement
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with government customers
- Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to business development efforts
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and mission success
