Procurement Analyst (Process&Supply Base Mgmt)

The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, Missouri.
As an Experienced Procurement Analyst (Level 3), the candidate will serve as a mid-level subject matter expert within our Global Supply Chain team. Moving beyond routine data tracking, the candidate will independently design, plan, and deploy complex internal procurement projects. The candidate will analyze critical supplier metrics, manage supply-chain risk, and implement strategic supply base plans under general direction to support our manufacturing and defense production schedules.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
- Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements
- Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
- Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities
- Leads cross-functional process management activities
- Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action
- Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- More than 4 years of direct experience in supplier management, materials management, or procurement data analytics.
- Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and linking data sets).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience)
- More than 4 years of experience operating within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP or integrated scheduling tools.
- More than 4 years of background in the aerospace, aviation, or defense manufacturing industries.
- More than 4 years of experienced in presenting data-driven insights and risk-mitigation strategies to leadership teams.
- The candidate currently has an active U.S. Security Clearance (for defense program placements).
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
