    Manager Process Improvement - Pharmacy and Infusion 

    Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3  days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

    The Manager Process Improvement - Pharmacy and Infusion is responsible for leading operational quality activities (Incident and Non-conformance Management) related to case investigations, root cause analysis, and error reduction involving pharmacy and/or clinical infusion services. This role oversees the timely and accurate completion of investigations, ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently achieved. The position identifies trends and opportunities for process improvement and supports corrective actions to reduce errors and prevent recurrence. This role also ensures operations remain compliant with applicable regulatory, contractual, accreditation, and internal quality requirements.

    How you will make an impact:

    • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and leads the development and implementation of best practices, process standardization, business analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Develops and monitors performance metrics to measure outcomes and goal achievement; serves as an internal consultant on continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
    • Analyzes performance trends and develops action plans to improve outcomes, standardize processes, and support operational planning.
    • Participates in quality strategy development and leads assigned quality improvement initiatives, ensuring improvement activities are effectively integrated into business operations.
    • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates associates to support individual and team performance

    Minimum Requirements:

    Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years management experience with process improvement, project/program management, process engineering and/or performance improvement initiatives; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

    Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: 

    • Experience in retail, specialty, or mail-order pharmacy; pharmacy benefit management (PBM); managed care; pharmacy operations; or other highly regulated healthcare environments.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and performance results to key stakeholders and leadership.
    • CPhT or other pharmacy technician certification, or certification in quality, auditing, project management, healthcare compliance, or a related discipline preferred.
