Integrated Marketing Program Manager

The Consumer & Small Business Print Global Marketing organization is looking for an Integrated Marketing Program Manager to shape and orchestrate integrated marketing strategy across the print portfolio, spanning hardware, supplies, subscriptions, services, and emerging innovation areas, to drive business growth.
This role translates business priorities, customer and market insights and product roadmaps into cohesive marketing strategies, narratives, toolkits and activation plans. The ideal candidate is strategic, highly organized and comfortable operating in gray spaces – able to identify growth opportunities, align cross-functional teams and drive progress on high-priority initiatives with BU partners, PR & Communications, Product Marketing, Creative & Campaign teams. This person will help shift marketing approach from NPI/product-led to customer use case and solution-led – strengthening HP’s category leadership and ensuring Print shows up with clarity, relevance and impact across launches, events, partnerships, retail moments and market activations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
Help develop annual and 3-year marketing plan, by translating customer insights, market data, business priorities and product roadmaps into actionable marketing plans.
Identify opportunities to position current portfolio to be more relevant through customer-centric storytelling, use cases and commercially meaningful marketing initiatives.
Category Leadership & Marketing Drumbeat
Define and manage the global marketing drumbeat calendar, aligning product and solution introductions, retail buying windows, seasonal print moments, events, partnerships, HP innovation stories and customer use cases to drive consistent category relevance and demand creation.
Strengthen category leadership by creating more frequent, relevant and commercially meaningful marketing moments beyond traditional product launches.
Help HP Print show up as One Print and One HP at key moments such as Amplify and CES by curating the product and solution, shaping the demo narrative and supporting assets that bring the story to life.
Audience and Segment Activation Strategy
Develop audience- and segment-specific strategies by mapping customer journeys, defining key touchpoints, and identifying opportunities to improve relevance, engagement, conversion and loyalty.
Develop global toolkits, playbooks, and activation frameworks that help markets bring integrated stories to life across channels and customer touchpoints.
Partner with creative, retail, digital, and market teams to define the assets, use cases, shopper tools, and content needed for priority initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Strategic Influence
Organize and lead cross-functional workstreams to drive progress on marketing priorities, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and decision-making.
Establish planning cadences and governance mechanisms that improve visibility, prioritization and execution rigor.
Stay informed on industry trends, customer behavior, competitive shifts, and marketing innovation, and synthesize as implications for HP’s strategy
Present strategies, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment, and support for marketing initiatives and investments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 12+ years in a marketing function, product management, program management, or strategy and planning
- Proven ability leading complex, cross-functional global initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with ability to connect customer insights, product roadmaps, market dynamics, portfolio priorities, and execution plans
- Experience developing integrated narratives, marketing playbooks and toolkits, activation frameworks, launch plans
- Strong understanding of customer-led storytelling, with the ability to shift narratives from product features to use cases, benefits and customer outcomes
- Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills, with ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations and executive presentations
- Experience partnering with Comms, Events, Product Management, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy teams
- Highly collaborative, proactive and ability to drive outcomes without having formal authority
The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
