Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, digital channels, account-based marketing, event programs, and funnel optimization. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with responsibility for identifying, testing, and scaling programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
The ideal candidate combines growth marketing, demand generation, analytics, and operational excellence. They are comfortable working across marketing, sales, category, product, and field teams to continuously improve how we reach customers, convert demand, and measure business impact.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated growth marketing programs across digital, event, field, and account-based channels to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
Partner with sales, field marketing, product marketing, category teams, and agencies to develop and optimize go-to-market programs.
Own the health and performance of the marketing funnel, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, velocity, and pipeline contribution.
Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms to optimize customer journeys, campaign effectiveness, and marketing operations.
Drive a test-and-learn approach through experimentation, audience segmentation, messaging optimization, and performance analysis.
Plan and execute pre-event, in-event, and post-event programs that generate customer engagement, meetings, and pipeline.
Build dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into campaign performance, funnel health, and marketing impact.
Ensure consistent messaging aligned to HP's Retail Intelligence narrative and business priorities.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
4-8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, or related B2B marketing roles.
Experience managing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and attribution.
Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline and revenue goals.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms.
Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into action.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a test-and-learn mindset.
Preferred Experience
Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, solutions, or services marketing.
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
Experience supporting events, field marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
Experience partnering across sales, category, product marketing, and regional marketing organizations.
Background in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, commerce, or industry solutions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
