CACI is seeking a Facilities and IT Requirements Deployment Lead to join our Workspace Solutions and Deployment team supporting the Department of Homeland Security. The Lead will oversee the deployment of IT and facility requirements across enterprise environments, managing technical project managers, deployment technicians, and business analysts. This role requires end-to-end project management, technical direction, and strict adherence to the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) throughout all phases, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise technical project managers and business analysts to deliver facility and IT requirements on schedule and within scope.

• Serve as the customer interface for the Workspace Solutions team. This includes the team of DSS Project Managers and Deployment Technicians

• Direct all stages of project management, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, testing, and project closeout

• Provide technical direction and oversight to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and customer expectations. Develop junior and mid-career associates.

• Manage stakeholder communications, project milestones, and resource allocations in accordance with SELC guidelines and PMI best practices

• Identify and implement management processes to drive project efficiency.

• Collect and manage project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Serve as the POC for cross-functional teams and ensure that facilities and IT deployments are executed efficiently

• Lead continuous process improvement, document and implement best practices, and support DHS and/or DSS organizational change initiatives

• Lead documentation development, provide progress updates to leadership, and maintain project records in compliance with DHS standards

• Manage performance of the team and conduct employee evaluations

• Interview and select candidate to fulfill technical requirements as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizen with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and DHS EOD

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field and 10+ years of experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead technical teams across multiple projects.

• Strong understanding of the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) and federal compliance requirements.

• Working experience with ServiceNow, including SPM

• Working experience with Jira, MS Project, and Confluence

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• PMP or similar project management certification.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,200
