  • Help ensure eDiscovery deliverables meet established quality, accuracy, completeness, and formatting standards before release to clients, review teams, or downstream workflows.
  • Act as a technical resource and escalation point for QA and Load Team personnel when troubleshooting data, load file, production, or Relativity-related issues.

  • Support team development by providing day-to-day coaching, answering technical questions, reinforcing established SOPs and quality standards, and communicating recurring issues or training needs to management.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, or a related technical environment with direct experience performing data loading and/or quality assurance functions.
  • Working knowledge of Relativity Server and RelativityOne, including common import, export, production, and document review workflows.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify discrepancies across metadata, images, natives, extracted text, load files, and production deliverables.
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical responsibilities with day-to-day supervisory duties, prioritize competing assignments, and coordinate work across multiple active matters or projects.
