Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $16.59 - $24.86/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive, open, sort, and route incoming title-related mail and documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry of title and document information into Manheim systems.
• Prepare titles and supporting documents for scanning, indexing, or further processing.
• Scan documents and verify image quality, completeness, and account association.
• Match documents to barcodes, title folders, or electronic records.
• File, store, and retrieve title folders in a secure vault environment.
• Maintain organized document queues and production workspaces.
• Identify missing or unclear documentation and escalate issues appropriately.
• Assist with basic audits and inventory counts under supervision.
• Release and ship title packages under established guidelines when directed.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to follow established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior clerical, document handling, or administrative experience preferred.
• Automotive title or DMV experience a plus but not required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 1200 lbs using vault equipment.
• Office and secured vault environments. Noise levels may vary.

Drug Testing

To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
