Counterintelligence RDA Instructor - Expert
The Opportunity:
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) program is the crown jewel of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) enterprise in enabling CI personnel in their mission to protect our nation from adversarial threats. CI Agents' abilities to counter espionage, terrorism, and insider threats hinge upon JCITA's advanced CI training.
From its inception, our JCITA Instructor program has grown and evolved well past the original vision. Changes in the CI landscape have necessitated the support of an agile, innovative team, and a solid business partner in CACI, to ensure the program continues to deliver the quantity and quality of training for a successful DoD CI program.
Responsibilities
Use Instructional System Design process to assist in the analysis, objective writing, evaluation, design, development, facilitation techniques and maintenance of course materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises.
Engage in research and analysis to maintain subject matter currency and relevancy to contribute to the updating of course materials and documentation.
Evaluate and Conduct training needs assessments and participate in course evaluations to measure the extent to which the training improved student’s knowledge and performance on the job.
You will Identify areas of material, methods, aids used or other elements of the training process in need of revision based on formal or informal student evaluations.
Plan and develop internal strategies and participate in meetings to provide advice and assistance to resolve problems as needed.
Lead or participate in practical field exercises
Qualifications:
TS SCI with poly or ability to obtain prior to start
Candidate must be a credentialed Special Agent.
10 years' experience in conducting CI Support to Research, Development and Acquisition (RDA), Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), and threat capabilities posed by Foreign Intelligence Security Services (FISS).

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
