A Day in the Life

Manejo del Sistema Aduanero (SEER)
Control de Anexo 24: Alimentar, procesar y actualizar diariamente el sistema SEER (Tráfico 24) con los pedimentos de importación y exportación.
Estructuras de Materiales (BOMs): Registrar y mantener actualizados los Bill of Materials en SEER para garantizar el correcto descargo automático de insumos frente a los productos terminados exportados.
Administración de Saldos: Monitorear los plazos de permanencia de las mercancías importadas temporalmente para ejecutar descargos oportunos y evitar vencimientos ilegales.

Auditoría, Conciliación y Control de Riesgos
Perform dataStage reconciliations vs Annex 24 system: Descargar mensualmente la glosa oficial del SAT (Data Stage) y realizar el cruce contra el sistema SEER para identificar discrepancias en fracciones, valores, fechas o pedimentos, asegurando la corrección preventiva de datos.
Perform physical inventory reconciliations vs Annex 24 system: Coordinar y ejecutar conciliaciones periódicas entre las existencias reales en los almacenes (piso/WIP) y los saldos teóricos registrados en el Anexo 24 de SEER, justificando documentalmente cualquier diferencia física.
Control de Anexo 30: Validar de forma integral que los descargos e informes de SEER se transmitan correctamente y coincidan con el Portal de Cuentas de Garantía del SAT.
Operaciones Virtuales y Desperdicios: Controlar y dar seguimiento al desecho, mermas y pedimentos virtuales (V1, V5, etc.) asegurando su correcto registro en la plataforma.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Performers a variety of import/export duties that include processing papers necessary to facilitate shipments between international locations.
• Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods in accordance with organizational policies.
• Prepares reviews, approves and maintains files for import/export documents required for the lawful completion of import/export activities.
• Serves as an import/export liaison for international customers/subsidiaries, distribution, procurement, planning, manufacturing, intercompany finance, regulatory and import/export compliance functions.
• Plans, schedules and routes imports and exports, including monitoring the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, ensuring related customer service, brokerage and customs transaction compliance.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

Bachelor;s degree

SEER system

2 years of relevant experience in perform physical inventory reconciliations vs Annex 24 system and dataStage reconciliations vs Annex 24 system.

Advanced English
