What you will be doing:
Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program or diagnostic, by engaging and influencing senior leaders
Lead cross-functional transformation projects defining opportunities, building solutions, implementing solutions across different teams
Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation program’s readiness to launch, develops action plans, leads program mobilization efforts, and provides advisory and program management services throughout the life of the program
Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements
Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change
Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes to include stakeholder assessments and communications
Foster organization wide collaboration in solving problems
Engage and work with senior stakeholders
Education and Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent or Relevant experience leading cross-functional, strategic or transformation projects.
Experience leading transformation/improvement programs; define and establish program structure and governance frameworks, business case management, KPI measurement, benchmarking, lead executive steering committee or QBR, stakeholder management, financial management, problem solving
10+ years of relevant experience
Preferred:
Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent improvement framework
Change management experience
Management Consulting experience
Advanced facilitation skills
Previous experience in the technology industry
