Description -

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead to support transformation initiatives across our Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services (CREWS) organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for designing and executing global change strategies that enable successful adoption of workplace, portfolio, technology, and operating model changes.

This role requires an internal candidate who thrives on working independently and is comfortable operating in complex matrixed environments. Demonstrates strong enterprise judgment, executive advisory capability, and change management fluency. Must be able to translate complex, sensitive decisions into clear communication while prioritizing employee trust and leader credibility. The Change Management Lead will partner closely with CREWS project teams, business stakeholders, HR, IT, and communications to ensure changes are effectively adopted and sustained.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Execution

  • Lead end‑to‑end change management activities for global CREWS initiatives such as workplace transformation, portfolio optimization, sustainability programs, and technology enablement.
  • Develop practical, scalable change plans aligned to project timelines and business objectives.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies to drive adoption and minimize disruption.

Stakeholder & Impact Management

  • Conduct change impact and stakeholder analyses across impacted employee populations.
  • Identify risks to adoption and develop targeted mitigation strategies for internal CREWS and broader HP audiences.
  • Engage directly with business leaders, project managers, and functional partners to address change-related challenges.

Communications & Enablement

  • Design and deliver clear, audience-specific communication materials in partnership with Internal Communications and CREWS leaders.
  • Support leaders and project teams with messaging, talking points, and change narratives, facilitating briefings or other information sessions as needed.
  • Coordinate training and enablement activities to support new ways of working, tools, or spaces.
  • Own projects and programs end-to-end when needed, bringing in relevant stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

Adoption & Measurement

  • Define success metrics related to adoption, engagement, and readiness.
  • Gather feedback from impacted stakeholders and adjust change approaches as needed.
  • Support post‑implementation reviews to assess outcomes and lessons learned.

CREWS Integration

  • Embed change management practices into CREWS project delivery models.
  • Develop and drive cross-functional methodologies and roadmaps for site closures or other actions with employee experience impact. Act as initial CREWS point of contact during kick off and definition of these cross-functional efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, and Workplace teams.
  • Contribute to the development of standard change management tools, templates, and guidance within CREWS.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 7–10+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong execution experience as an individual contributor on large-scale, global change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Corporate Real Estate, workplace strategy, facilities, or related operational environments.
  • Working knowledge of change methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci preferred)p.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting workplace transformations, hybrid work programs, or real estate portfolio changes.
  • Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in global or highly matrixed organizations.
  • Consulting or internal transformation experience.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United

States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related

knowledge, skills, and experience.
