You will serve as the operational lead for your accounts, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver predictable quarterly and annual revenue.

Own the end-to-end revenue operating rhythm across pipeline, bookings, forecast, and revenue performance.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes.

  • Develop and maintain funnel health, coverage, conversion, and progression metrics.

  • Establish segment-level funnel management cadences across IP, Custom Silicon, Software Tools, and Physical AI businesses.

  • Drive forecast reviews focused on risks, opportunities, assumptions, and mitigation plans.

  • Monitor bookings, revenue attainment, ACV, RPO, and key commercial KPIs.

  • Provide executive-level visibility into revenue gaps against AOP, LRP, and growth targets.

  • Partner with Finance to align commercial forecasts with financial plans.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

  • Proven experience owning business outcomes (revenue, bookings etc.), not just reporting metrics

  • Strong ability to translate data into decisions and drive action

  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority

  • Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance data analysis, or improve decision-making

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and drive alignment

  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments

  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones

  • Hybrid work requirement (Austin, TX)

  • Minimal travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large or complex customer accounts in a technology or manufacturing environment

  • Understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics, supply chain, or demand planning

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or planning systems (e.g., D365 or similar)

  • Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI
