This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Business Management team.

What You’ll Get To Do:
The ideal candidate will provide objective-oriented direction utilizing management guidelines, general policies and maintain a strong level of engagement, while dynamically leading, inspiring, motivating and developing a team of professionals.
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Lead day-to-day Program Business Management execution, delivering accurate, timely business data to program and segment leadership to enable effective decision-making.
Direct a team of cost and schedule analysts and oversee a fully compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation.
Develop and manage Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Long-Range Plans (LRSP) financial commitments and strategies, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
Integrate contractual and programmatic change-management outcomes into program cost/schedule baselines and forecasts.
Align staffing forecasts with business-management data to generate program-level staffing demand signals across all labor disciplines.
Oversee Business Management participation on Supplier Management Teams and translate Supplier/IWO data into the NG prime-level business system.
Provide robust support to Profit & Loss responsibilities, including quarterly financial Earned-At-Complete (EAC) estimates and monthly key-line forecasts.
Conduct risk and performance analyses, presenting findings and mitigation recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Establish, enforce, and continuously improve business-management policies, procedures, and controls (Cost Accounting Standards, FAR, SOX compliance).
Mentor, coach, and develop subordinate managers and analysts, fostering a high-performing Business Management organization.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university and 8 years of relevant experience, OR a Masters degree and 6 years of relevant experience; Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Must be willing to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Demonstrated experience in financial planning and reporting—including support of monthly actuals/forecasts — for aerospace/defense programs.
Demonstrated experience in Program Controls – monthly forecasting, DECM metrics and customer reporting (incl, IPMDAR and CSDR)
Proven expertise with ERP systems (SAP)
Experience with Earned Value cost/schedule reporting (e.g. IPMDARs, CFSRs, and CCDR/CSDRs).
Preferred Qualifications:
Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
Experience with Northrop Grumman accounting and compliance systems, including cost collection and sales order/network generation and tracking.
Knowledge of DoD contracts management principles and schedule management considerations.
Experience integrating supplier/IWO data into prime contractor business systems.
Experience supporting large-scale proposals and captures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in financial planning and reporting including Annual Operating Plans and Long Range Strategic Plans
