The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & Procurement Lead to manage a diverse project support team responsible for program administration and procurement operations. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence across the program; enabling our technical and project teams to successfully meet mission requirements and deliver superior support to our customers. Provide strategic direction and set priorities to ensure operational, administrative, and procurement tasks meet contract and program deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, monitor, and report key performance metrics to leadership.

  • Mentor and develop team members, including oversight of internship and apprenticeship programs.

  • Foster a collaborative, positive team culture through communication, engagement, and office wide initiatives.

  • Implement cross training and continuously evaluate processes to strengthen efficiency and business continuity.

  • Procurement & Contract Support

  • Oversee the full Material Purchasing Request (MPR) lifecycle from requirements to government submission.

  • Lead preparation, quality control, and timely delivery of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items such as Monthly Status Reports, Trip Reports, and Meeting Minutes.

  • Manage subcontractor administration, including travel requests, invoices, cost tracking, and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with all CACI and contract specific requirements, including Labor Category Verification (LCV) and deployment documentation.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Experience: 3-5 years managing administrative operations, or similar functions within a government contracting environment.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract requirements including CDRLs, procurement, and JTR travel regulations.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team, drive performance, and sustain high-quality service delivery.

  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities with solid customer facing professionalism.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Clearance: Active Secret Clearance.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
