Position Overview:

As Work Order Process Co-Ordinator you will actively supports the Work Order Control process within the operations to deliver an excellent customer experience whilst achieving operational & financial targets.
Provides additional support to the service operation by supporting answering of incoming calls, opening work orders, assisting with planning service repairs, resolution of customer disputes, time sheet entry and maintaining customer communication as required.

Job Description:

Major Job Functions Work Order Process Co-Ordinator 

  • Support Time sheet entry process
  • 'Strong work order Control process, to include producing proformas to customer, obtaining purchase order numbers from customer, work order management through the system and control of work in progress
  • Provides support with co-ordination of planned activities
  • Support the customer needs and the efficient running of the service operation with general administration & additional duties as required that support the service controller throughout the service repair process. Provide support to the engineer to complete service documentation and help them follow the service processes and procedures. Providing cover for controllers to ensure effective delivery of service to meet our customer needs.
  • Following & adhering to service processes and procedures to ensure consistent extraordinary customer service delivery, working to resolve any customer disputes quickly & effectively

  • Basic knowledge of mobile and fixed equipment components and systems (desirable)
