Job Description:
- Performs a variety of washing and cleaning duties including washing, cleaning, testing and rolling all hoses and cables
- Move equipment into and out of the shop
- General clean up of shop, yard and machines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Grade 12)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods of time, bending, crouching and kneeling
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colours
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Committed to a safe work environment
- Minimum three months of operating experience of rough terrain forklift, counterbalance forklift, compact construction equipment, large construction equipment
- Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision and contribute positively to safe work environment.
- Previous experience with Caterpillar equipment or a service-oriented shop would be considered an asset.
