We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and help build a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting business success by overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring inventory and order accuracy.

Job Description:

What You'll Do

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and support a team of warehouse employees to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices and cycle counts.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance tracking.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Promote and maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines operational expertise with strong leadership skills:

• 2–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative team culture.
