Role Summary 

The Power Delivery Product Line Leader owns the end-to-end success of a product portfolio, including full P&L accountability, product strategy, technology execution, and market growth. This role requires deep expertise in customer needs, technology, and competitive dynamics to drive sustainable revenue, profitability, and market leadership. 

Key Responsibilities 

Business & Financial Ownership: 
- Own and deliver P&L performance including revenue, margin, and cost structure 
- Drive long-term growth strategy and financial planning 
- Define pricing strategy and manage forecasting and demand planning 
 
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management: 
- Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and portfolio strategy 
- Manage full product lifecycle from concept through commercialization 
- Identify and pursue market expansion and new growth opportunities 
 
Technology & Product Execution: 
- Lead technology strategy and product development execution 
- Translate customer and market requirements into actionable product requirements 
- Ensure delivery aligned to performance, cost, and schedule targets 
 
Market & Customer Leadership: 
- Build strategic relationships with key customers and partners 
- Define product positioning, segmentation, and differentiation 
- Represent the product line in customer engagements and industry forums 
 
Team and Cross-Functional Leadership: 
- Lead and develop team 

-Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales 
- Drive execution excellence and accountability across the organization 
 
Organic and InOrganic growth 

-Build and drive aggressive growth strategy 

-Identify and help integrate inorganic acquisitions 

Go-to-Market & Growth Execution: 
- Lead product launches and demand generation 
- Enable sales teams with value propositions and messaging 
- Evaluate partnerships and acquisitions to accelerate growth 
 
Operational Excellence: 
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics 
- Drive demand planning and continuous improvement 
- Ensure scalable processes supporting growth 

Key Competencies 

- Strategic and commercial acumen with strong financial ownership mindset 
- Deep technical understanding of semiconductor/product domain 
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence 
- Customer-centric and data-driven decision making 
- Execution excellence with bias for results 

Qualifications 

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (MBA preferred) 
- 10–15+ years in product management, business leadership, or technology roles 
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth and scaling product lines 

Success Measures 

- Revenue growth and market share expansion 
- Profitability and cost optimization 
- Successful product launches and lifecycle execution 
- Customer satisfaction and account growth 
- Organizational alignment and execution effectiveness 

Expected Salary Range

$236,000.00 - $410,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
