Functional Description:
Lead the business process dimension of complex, strategic transformations, ensuring that changes to processes, operating models, roles and ways of working are clearly defined and successfully integrated into the business. The role connects business strategy with process redesign and works alongside PMO, Change Management, Digital, Data and other transformation teams to deliver broader transformation objectives.
The BPM Transformation Manager brings a business strategist mindset to process transformation, particularly where changes span multiple organizations, functions and geographies or introduce new digital, automation and data capabilities.
This is a senior individual-contributor position with no direct people-management responsibility.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the BPM/process workstream of complex transformation initiatives involving multiple functions, stakeholders and geographies.
- Diagnose current-state challenges across processes, governance, roles, organizational interfaces and ways of working.
- Translate strategic business objectives into future-state processes and Target Operating Models, defining required changes to roles, responsibilities, governance and performance management.
- Develop process transformation roadmaps connecting current-state issues, target processes, required capabilities, dependencies and implementation priorities.
- Articulate expected business value, benefits, risks and trade-offs associated with proposed process changes.
- Lead workshops and decision-making sessions involving senior leaders, Process Owners, SMEs and transformation partners.
- Build alignment across stakeholders with objectives, priorities and organizational interests, influencing without formal authority.
- Partner closely with PMO/Project Management and Change Management to integrate process changes into the overall transformation plan and support effective business adoption.
- Partner with Business Analysts, Training, Digital Product/Product Owners, Data & Analytics and technology teams to translate future-state processes into clear business, capability and implementation requirements.
- Ensure redesigned processes include appropriate governance, KPIs, accountabilities and mechanisms to sustain performance.
- Support implementation, stabilization and value realization of process changes.
- Provide BPM expertise and functional guidance to other transformation professionals.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field; MBA/advanced degree is an asset.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Business Transformation, BPM, Operational Excellence, Strategy, Consulting or complex operations.
- Proven experience leading the process and operating-model components of complex, multi-stakeholder transformations.
- Experience integrating process, people, digital technology, automation and data into business transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed, ambiguous and politically complex environments.
- Aviation/aerospace experience is a significant asset.
- Fluent English mandatory, including senior/executive-level communication.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills; Power BI, Signavio and Mural experience are assets.
- Strong business strategy, systems thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced facilitation, influencing, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and convert strategy into executable process solutions.
- PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are strong assets.

Work Timings: This position needs to support during the 12.30PM to 9.30PM IST shift to manage both business and stakeholder interactions and sometimes require flexibility to support business operations.
