Trainer/Videographer – Level III
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Trainer/Videographer – Level III to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) who is committed to medical excellence, health care improvement and ensuring military personnel are ready to perform combat operations and humanitarian missions at home and abroad. In this role you will provide architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role is the expert responsible leading low-code application development that drives digital process transformation, oversees knowledge lifecycle management, and ensures delivery of actionable insights through executive-level dashboards.
Responsibilities:
The Trainer/Videographer – Level III be responsible for the following but not limited to:
• Prepares and modifies training modules, artifacts, videos, and other materials to meet the latest mission requirements as established by CIO Operations.
• Trains personnel through formal classroom (in person and virtual) courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Develops, updates, and maintains innovative computer-based training materials, courses, and systems in support of the DHA and J-6 mission.
• Conducts research to develop and revise training courses, and uses knowledge to recommend training strategies, establish training approaches, and prepare appropriate training materials.
• Interviews personnel to support training and provides guidance on how to develop training.
• Conducts peer reviews of all training content to ensure accuracy and quality in accordance with DHA’s professional certification and development requirements.
• Manages a feedback system to capture data and metrics from participants and uses that information to constantly improve the training program.
• SharePoint development and maintenance for the J-6 Academy SharePoint site.
• Design, edit, and maintain audio and visual training modules hosted on DHA SharePoint J-6 Academy training portals. This includes ancillary training programs like; desktop bare metal installation training, Group Policy Objects, Systems Administrator / ISSO workshops, etc.
• Transform raw clips and video footage into high-quality finished videos used to inform, engage, and inspire their audience.
• Use specialized software applications and editing tools to merge content from multiple sources and add pictures, graphics, visual effects, voice, sound effects, and music.
• Production of the Questions with Leadership video for use on the CLC. (two times per year or as needed).
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and six years’ experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust Clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, and preparing concise, accurate documents.
• Applies advanced concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office products and related applications.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess and mitigate potential risks.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to excel independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment.
Desired:
Prior DoD experience; Defense Health Agency or Military Health System experience
• ITIL 4 Foundations

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
The proposed salary range for this position is:
