The Tomahawk Munitions Acceleration Team is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator to join the Tomahawk Product Line team.  You will be responsible for coordinating multiple program teams in their execution efforts on AUR production and non-recurring scope on various capacity contracts. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices. You will assist with providing tactical directions for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools using EVMS, RLPM, PRISM, etc. You will also be expected to work closely with and influence PMOs and functional contributors to ensure alignment and consistency through key portfolio initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management. In addition to the internal responsibilities, you may also interface with customers for various topics to include technical interface meetings, contracts meetings, and program management meetings.

**This is a remote position/opportunity with expected travel up to 50%

Will You Will Do:

  • Execute daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management (EV cadence), Weekly IPTs, and monthly business reviews (MBRs)
  • Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Global Trade, Corporate and Business policies and procedures
  • Control Account Management (CAM) for PMO efforts
  • Lead program risk and opportunity management efforts
  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations, such as contracts, finance, supply chain, operations, quality, and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of program management plans, consistent with program requirements and company policies
  • Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by directors and program leadership teams to drive program success
  • Oversee performance assessment including measurement collection, analysis, and storage working with program leads and cross functional teams on corrective actions
  • Implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items
  • Oversight of Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for IPT efforts
  • Ensure timely and effective RLPM gate process compliance
  • Providing guidance to program leads on the implementation of risk and opportunity management
  • Lead proposal and startup activities
  • Travel expectation up to 50% (specifically to our Tucson, AZ facility)

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Prior program or project management experience
  • Prior experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages for management review
  • Prior experience with program management tools such as IPDS/RLPM, and/or collaboration tools
  • Prior experience with transition to production, production, or integration activities
  • Prior experience in project coordination, operations or business support
  • Prior experience with any of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development or similar programs/systems

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Program Management Level 6 Certification or ability to achieve within 6 months
  • Experience preparing cost proposals and gate packages
  • Certified BOE developer / approver
  • Experience on Tomahawk programs
  • Prior experience interacting with USG program and contracting agencies
  • Ability to operate independently in an extremely fast-paced environment to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources (through influence) to move initiatives forward.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
