Türkiye Commercial PS Category Manager

As a Personal Systems Category Manager for a region of Türkiye for Accessories and Displays, you'll will be responsible and accountable for managing Türkiye revenue and margin for the select Categories of Personal Systems, that include HP branded Commercial Classic Accessories, Consumer Classic Accessories, Displays and Docks. In partnership with the country Sales team you will be defining the product mix and channel strategy to maximize the revenue and margin for select product lines in your scope. You'll be a key point of contact end-to-end for topics related to categories in your scope. You will manage a balanced scorecard of financial metrics, channel KPIs and market share at all stages – from planning to execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead the team effort including Türkiye dedicated Personal Systems Category Manager for Accessories and Displays, as well as Personal Systems Hardware Category Managers in the other countries of the region.
Manage Key performance metrics (P&L, channel metrics, market share, etc) for HP branded Commercial Classic Accessories, Consumer Classic Accessories, Displays and Docks.
Manage Product Life Cycle and advocate Pricing.
Forecasting & Reporting.
Provides Market Analysis
Drive 4P management on categories in your scope end-to-end.
Deep understanding of the category product, business management and sales challenges and strategies.
Develop portfolio mix tailored to the market.
Works with and leverages internal/external partners to deliver the business results.
Regular interface with any level in sales organization.
Revenue and margin responsibility for categories in scope.
Apply subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies.
Provide guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.
Drive sales support and marketing programs for new business and greater account penetration.
Knowledge and Skills:
Deep knowledge and understanding of the market and channel landscape of the respective countries of the region of Türkiye.
Track record in PC Channel.
Understanding/ Practice of sales processes in the IT industry.
Demonstrated success in the management of marketing and sales support programs.
Knowledgeable of overall business and across functions and disciplines.
Broad business knowledge of product marketing, sales support and selling.
Directly related work results; including success in achieving progressively higher marketing, sales and sales support goals.
IT industry knowledge.
Business planning skills.
Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage business planning and reporting.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.
Strategic and analytical thinker who can also operate in detail.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Customer and data driven.
Education & Experience Recommended:
Typically 7-10 years of professional experience with a combination of Category Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Planning and people management experienced.
University or Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or Finance.
Driving license.
